edc 0 Posted August 29, 2003 Paint Shop Pro(my personal favorite), Photoshop, or really any image editor worth its weight can do that. Â You can get a free time-limited demo of PSP at Jasc's site(probably www.jasc.com). And BTW, just incase you're want the green thing for an effect for intros, there's already a way to do that with some camera scripting.

Gourka 0 Posted September 2, 2003 Here a nice plugin for Photoshop or PSP. Link: Night Vision Image: http://www.pluginsworld.com/images/window.gif Quote[/b] ]NightVision is a plug-in for PhotoShop compatible plug-in hosts. It will work with applications such as Adobe PhotoShop, JASC Paint Shop Pro, Corel PhotoPaint, ULead PhotoImpact? and MicroGrafx Picture Publisher? amongst others, check the generic Adrenaline compatibility page for a full list of tested and supported graphics applications. You can use the NightVision plug-in to create completely realistic army night-goggle type images complete with true overlighting, scaled noise, realistic feedback and anti-aliassed interlacing. Not only does NightVision provide a realistic looking effect, it can actually enhance and correct image intensity just like real night-vision hardware.
