Is it possibile to actively recall a script in an array inside of an .sqf file shared on an external cloud (onedrive)?

I would like to know if it's possibile to have a script that can open or call an array (created inside an sqf file) which is stored in a separate cloud (one drive).

The mod Pbo, will contain this script that calls or links the array, which is not inside the pbo itself but always stored on a online cloud

That'd be an extreme security risk.
