Workbench does not load at all

I have not been able to get workbench to load any mod or create my own. I have not seen any information about this and I did a install on my laptop and I have the same results.. what am I missing? I have not made any changes to files, just loading from default installs... error log reads out as followed

If there is an option to do a verify integrity of cache on steam for the workbench then do that, it should update, fix,

and replace anything thats missing or corrupt.
