Pilot MH-92 Cherokee (Coop 4)

 

Added a couple of Nyx anti-air units as a test, to see if that makes any difference when flying in the AAF area. - Removed the CSAT area on the area in the middle of the map - Added HMG locations on the border. They spawn with a 50% chance of being present as a random element to the mission on the AAF border.

- Added two Nyx AA sites, with a presence of 40% of showing up

MH-92 Cherokee Pilot (SP)  and Pilot MH-92 Cherokee (Coop 4)

 

Removed the Wipeout firing into the base and removed some bushes near the Ammo Resupply point where you pick up the soldier and cargo.

- Changed an Extract Location, as well as a Search and Rescue location. Also added two Nyx AA sites, with 40% presence, and some other changes in line with the MP version

- Decided to add more points, insertion/extraction, and places to drop off ammo during the Ammo Resupply Mission. Right now they're beta and seeing if the game doesn't crash when they're generated randomly.

- Noticed that some of the points for Ammo Resupply were close to each other, four points were near each other, so I moved two of the points to two other locations to sort of more places to drop ammo. I need to add some ambient stuff to it, but overall I'm satisfied with what I managed to do. I'm pondering adding some Wipeout slots (already added a Zeus for the MP missions, and contemplating adding those two Wipeout positions. There's not much CAS to do on the mission (SAM and other positions, maybe support for Extract missions), so I may not fill those slots in. I'm always looking for ideas on what to add (within my limits of course), so if you have any requests. I contacted the person who actually made the mission, and seeing if he can get with some of the people on how to add more locations for some places I want to add to, to add some more places for variety. I'm also thinking of doing a "remake" of the Pilot CH-67 Huron, with the additions I have added so far. It's not hard to do but if there's any interest let me know here, or at my Discord.

It's becoming a necessity to not always post updates to my missions, as well I am trying to attract more visibility of course, but overall the stats don't change on who uses it. I also make frequent updates and it gets a bit tiresome for every incremental update to the missions, though I like how they are performing at least on my end. Oh well, no worries, I have people playing. I just made this mission, akin to the original "Pilot CH-67" mission that RobJ did. This is my take on it, an MP version of the same mission more or less. It shouldn't require more than the Helicopter DLC, but the Jets DLC may be needed if you want to operate the ship weapons in the bay south of the main Altis Airfield. It does have a Zeus slot at least, so there can be some fun with that if needed.

Currently with Patch 2.18 the MP missions are borked. I don't know what the issue is but I get a CTD when accessing a mission through LAN, I don't know if missions are affected on the Steam download. It looks like the "Pilot XX" missions are affected, and not MP missionis, so I need to look at them and see what's causing the issue.
