Wasrad 0 Posted July 28, 2003 As some of you might know, a dummy warhead was found in Alaska back in March that was shot from North Korea. Apparently, they have not only the technology but the ability to hit us with missles. My question, is what do you think would happen if North Korea launched a missle with a nuclear payload at one of the port cities, say my home town of San Diego or Seattle but for whatever reason, be it intentional or not, the nuke did not go off.
