Like lets say,instead of trying to find certain ones for certain types of missions,are there just complete packs?SO that it eliminates the user having to find all these special addons,they can just find a pack and such.

I don't know weather you are looking for this but try the Finish Defence Force Mod they have a huge pack out but its like 200meg. I suppose the only complete pack is what eviscator said (seb nam pack 2)

If it'll help, take a look at the MOM section, at The FAQ. There you'll find a selection of reviewed mission downloads, along with any addon downloads needed for each mission.
