Still in development or not?

I've noticed no communication or updates in the News or Experimental Builds forums for many months now.

There is no way to understand what is going on with Reforger development or to even know if there IS anymore development going on at all.

 

I watched some obscure YT'er who posted a video about a new PvE mission on Everon (where you can play solo)... seems to be an updated version of Combat Ops that is being worked on in Experimental Branch for 1.1 release, yet there is no information on BIS forums about this.

 

When will this be released and will we be able to play it with friends (as PvE on a hosted in-game server) as well as solo?
