Blotchy Texture Problem

Greetings! I've been pulling my hair out trying to fix a texture issue I've run into. I'm trying to add a custom head to the game, but the texture appears blotchy, but looks fine in Blender/GIMP. The texture appears to be covered in dark blotches. I've tried changing to _co.paa, _ca.paa, with and without the alpha channel before exporting, .png and .tga tetures, and moving the surfaces to the top in Object Builder. At this point I'm stumped. Any help would be much appreciated!

I figured it out! Incase anyone runs across this later with the same problem; ShadowVolume0.0 is the issue. I closed and triangulated the ShadowVolume in Object Builder and the issue went away!
