Defense's assessment of charges: Failure to render aid Prosecution's charges: Vehicular homicide Obstruction of Justice My charges: Vehicular homicide (possibly even 2nd Degree murder, since she left him stuck in the windshield moaning in her garage, this shows intent to let him die) Obstruction of Justice (tampering with evidence) Driving Under the influence Conspiracy to conceal a felony Failure to render aid So....she is sentenced to 50 years for murder and 10 years for tampering with evidence which....um.....is to be served concurrently. So instead of a total of 60 years, she will in actuality be in for 50 max, 25 minimum if she gets parole. Concurrent sentencing is such garbage.....I don't get paid two wages for working one job.
