New o2 viewer on breathe site?

looking around for this Addons At Ease program, I spotted on the Breathe site a newer O2 viewer and the site states this:

26th May 2003 - Updated Oxygen Viewer

Updated! Oxygen viewer is not compatible with all Operation Flashpoint editions and language versions.

I believe that it is supposed to say this tho:

i always hated that but dont need it anymore.

btw a question to bis: is it legal to crack the exe of buldozer for your own use so you wont need a cd anymore to load it?

I belive it is not legal evnetho it would be smart not having to use CD enymore.
