Model prob. oversized and missing textures

I've got a "Small" problem with my model...

What could have caused the... Emmm size problem, and the missing textures? Please go through all options, it's my first model, and i could have done evry thing wrong

Forgot, it's also up there when i'm holding it!

are you sure you have written the right texture directory?

If you use a texture called "M4.pac" which is in a folder called "MyM4", the texturepath would be "MyM4\M4.pac", and the addon must then be called "MyM4.pbo"

It's fixed now... Wrong placeing of model in O2, wrong texture path and wrong scaleing , all fixed!
