In multiplayer i click ok and it does nothing

So are you trying to host a server? Or join a server as admin? Or what?

host one, it wont let me click ok, do i have a firewall, the problem is is it worked before my computer crashed, and now it doesnt, i reinstall windows and now nothing works!

If you reinstalled Windows, you probably turned on ICF (Internet Connection Firewall). Either disable it (not recommended), or open the ports used by OFP, which you can find here by searching for "firewall".
