I'm testing a mod of mine and i keep getting that message when i preview it in the mission editor. What's up?

I got that problem when I tried to use custom mags for my M16. Didn't bother working it out, just went back to BIS mags for now.

A) you defined something incorrectly <did not match names on weapon and ammo 100%>

B) you pointed a line in the config to a model <addon or bis>

that was not in the pbo or your addons folder.

(the last one I get a lot, since I'm always forgetting to check concurrency on my testing folder)

OR IT COULD BE THIS...i had the exact same message using the WWII stuff...what solved it was having someone send me the p38.pbo which is a side arm that was missing in the german tank crew(i think)...once i installed it ...message gone.

I don't seem to have a .cpp file anywhere ?? or am i searching wrong ??

It normally occurs when you are missing the .pbo with the weapons the unit is using are in, its happened some other times but with the ADF troops thats probably your problem.

Yep , if i play with the units it happens when i take the m.gunner with the Minimi .

If I get this message, I do a line by line comparison with a similar config to see if anything jumps out and says "Hey idiot, what about ME?"

you'd be surprised how simple the goof can be
