New linux server 1.91

Recommended Posts

Ok, having a 1.90 server up and running, what files do I have to upload from my Win32 1.91 installation before I run the 1.91 server shar file? Or does it contain the complete update?

Ok, trying to rephrase that - what files are different from OFP 1.90 to OFP 1.91, and which of these would have to be uploaded to the server to update it from 1.90 to 1.91?

FlashpointResistance.exe (doubt you need that for linux wink.gif) and Res\DTA\dtaext.pbo.

I have done a md5sum and only have seen changes in the FlashpointResistance.exe from 1.90 to 1.91 on my windows box.

So I have not uploaded any other file then the gzipped linux server file and have then installed. All is working fine without problems (except the xml related crashes).

The only file changed from 1.90 to 1.91 is the flashpointresistance.exe, the res\dta\dtaext.pbo is a new file. And yes, i am sure, i did a fresh install and after every patch i let a md5sum program generate a checksum of each and every file in the ofp dir and put all changes into a list wink.gif

I can confirm that this works - our server runs now on 1.91. Thanks for the help!
