Is there a thermal imaging system for m1a1?

OFP doesnt support thermal imaging....at least i dont think so...i GUESS with some scripting work MABE. but i dunno

Far ago while I was looking into the conf. files and others pbo's related to ofp " how is it ", i and friends saw for each unit an absolute value called IR and another IRrange.

Maybe BIS searched for modelling this at time ??

Well, honestly I doesn't seem like they coded one line more than they had to, so I doubt it. Maybe OFP2. The IR stuff mentioned above might have to do w/ the little radar thing that shows friendly and enemy vehicles.

If the hues on night vision were changed from green and black to black and white you'd have something very similar.

is that trying to be a thermal image? I didnt know that trees, bushes or m113 trails were hotter that the environment.
