Can you explain why there is no FULL-SCREEN option ???

this is basic mastering of any SDK like directX, what went wrong ???

directx is microsoft. u need to ask microsoft this question not BI.

see this staement on page "Direct3D 12 doesn't support full-screen exclusive mode (FSE)."

Voilà !!! one of the reasons DX is trash. as everyone already know.
