I wanted to make it so that all players that are in the trigger would be given a blackout for a few seconds and then teleport them to a certain place by coordinates. Also because of all these commands global effect nature, I made it so even if you mistakenly start it on every machine, only the server will go through with it, as it's all that's needed.
