how to command a group to move coherence through a defined path

Hi;

I'm actually a beginner in edition Arma 3; 

my problem is when I define a "move" and "Trigger" for the group, they don't do exactly what I want. for example; they should stay in their position until the "Trigger" act. But they move around, this is not what I want. the second thing is when the "Trigger" acts, they don't have coherence and don't move exactly what I want. 
Please guide me.
