swafen 16 Posted September 25, 2022 Having the exact same issue as many others on xbox/ps/nintendo as well as still haven't received my survey reward cosmetics even after being replied to vigor youtube page asking to email & provide ID (gamertag) which I did & was the exact same ID I used when filling out the survey at the end yet no reply what so ever! This is ridiculous Vigor as am attempting to do Seasonal Challenges & they are NOT now counting after winning a phone duel challenge from what I have noticed (so who knows how many others have NOT counted)! Am doing the kills with SW-SW 629 & x5 (at least) have NOT counted towards my total or the total amount for pistol kills. Open Time Safe with a friend x2 have NOT counted towards my total. Loot buried caches x2 have NOT counted towards my total. Open timed safe with a stranger x1 have NOT counted towards my total. Kill with the Berry M12 x1 have NOT counted towards my total. Kill using contact bomb x1 have NOT towards my total. Kill within 10 meters x10 at least have NOT counted towards my total. Play x50 Encounters have completed yet have been stuck on 45 so games completed are NOT counting towards my total. Heal 5,000 health is stuck on 2,040 & so have NOT counted towards my total. The game just crashed mid game for me so all the fuel I just collected for my daily did NOT count & was not in my loadout when I loaded back in. Of course though when I die Vigor always takes your items without fail & so Vigor is never effected just always the players. These are the Season Challenges that I have noticed just in the last few games yday that have NOT counted & can only assume that others haven't! Every new season when Vigor adds new things instead of fixing the problems that already exist it creates more problems adding to the list of issues for players which takes away from experience. Vigor needs to fix this asap & make sure all players are compensated plus any time & effort spent doing their new seasonal challenges count. Also have the professionalism to reply to your players/customers who are taking the time to give feedback wether it's positive or negative. 1 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
zMarkzman 2 Posted October 1, 2022 Well said. It is NOT a "community" when the devs do not reply and fix the issues that are ruining their game. Lack of support in a brand new season makes me want to STOP SPENDING money on your free game to help support you. I buy crowns and you treat me like a peasant. swafen 16 Posted October 3, 2022 I did get a reply (wait for it) from a Vigor Mod called Nillers & was a warning & a 1 point penalty (will post rule infraction below for better context) for making 2 of the same posts to get a reply sooner that yep you guessed it, have NOT got a reply for so you know as the saying goes Vigor gonna Vigor! 9) Do not cross-post Do not post duplicate threads in more than one forum simply to get an answer quicker or to draw more attention to your post.
