Innocent Bystander 0 Posted February 10, 2003 What i really hate (not really,but its annoying) is the waiting on servers,both if ur in there and waiting for ppl to green up or connect,or if you just entred and they just started..... maaaaan...that is so boring. Couldent there be a patched released that made the server admins to choose if they wanted waiting lines or if ppl could join right into battle even if the game been on for awhile? I mean,the only time you really need to wait and cant just jump in is when its classbased and you need certain soldiers for this and that...but most of the time players just goes to the crates and pick up whatever weapon they want. So if im there at the beginning or if i come in when 5 minutes remaining is up to me,not that anyone would notice. Plz BI,make a patch so that we can just connect right into battle. Coincidentally, you will also be the 1 millionth person to be told that it ain't gonna happen, because it is fundamentally impossible without major changes to the OFP engine itself. hovmand 0 Posted February 10, 2003 I cant see the problem in waiting, just do something else in the meantime, chat with the others or you can alt-tab out of ofp and surf or something.
