taly01 0 Posted February 6, 2003 I spent over a month with OFP and to make it stable i had to reduce the AGP settings and sound acceleration, also latest M/Board BIOS and VIA4in1 driver helped alot. But still was not fully stable in many extreme sound situations I have an upgraded Duron system to an AthlonXP with original 250W power supply - i bought a 400W replacement power supply and all my problems are now fixed! Mister Frag 0 Posted February 6, 2003 Most people don't appreciate how important an appropriately-sized high-quality PSU is to a stable system... Glad your problems are fixed. Cheers!
*QcEP*BlackHawk 0 Posted February 7, 2003 Yeah a good PS is really important. The one I had with my case wasn't so bad but when I started to overclock my stuff quite a lot it started to had some major problems with the 3.3v. I didn't wait till my PS just melt down and changed it to a enermax 350w. All the voltage settings are incredibly stable so as my system.
