New rented server with creator DLC

Hi I think I'm getting myself confused so I will ask here.

I have rented a server from low.ms and have arma 3 installed on it and all the mods needed from steam workshop.

Having looked in the file manager there are no GM folder or assets in there.

So the question is simple (like me it seems) how do I get the GM assets and maps onto the server

Install GM dedicated server via steamCMD (if you have access):

+app_update 233780 -beta creatordlc " validate +quit

Alternative way to install (adjust the steamcmd path):

C:\steamcmd\steamcmd.exe +login YourSteamUser YourSteamPW +force_install_dir YourInstallationDirectory +app_update 233780 -beta creatordlc validate +quit

Another option, if there is only the option to download from the steam workshop and no other means of accessing steamcmd, is to download the Compatibility Data to the server directly:

It contains all necessary files to run a GM server.

In all cases, launch it then via:

Launch it via -mod=gm;

Thanks @mondkalb for putting those instructions up!  How would you do the same for installing and launching SOG Prairie Fire?

Installing the creatordlc will also give you SOG PF (vn).
