[Mission] WW2 IFA-AIO Territory fight - development

Hi felows!

 

I need help to develop my mission that mixes "Battle field" and "company of heroes".

 

Let me explain how the game is actuality working:

 

The game consists in capture and hold the flags, till the enemy lose all prestige points(tickets), or has no flags to respawn. The capture distance is 20m, and capture time 10s, the side with more troops in the flag area starts Capture, if equals the flag stays in neutral status.

 

Each side has a base to spawn troops and respawn in case of death, when the base flag is captured, the base moves to the closest friendly flag.

 

You gain resources by holding flags, each flag increase a specific amount of resources rate gaining.

 

You can spend resources on the display menu, by clicking on the radio over the table at the base, to recruit personal and vehicles to you group, or call for bot groups support, that fight by it self capturing the flags.

 

Now working on the weapons buy menu, and some other details of gameplay.

Solo play is working fine, but the objective is to adjust the game for online multiplayers, so I'm here to ask for help.

 

The bot sistem will spend the resources automatically, and keep new troops entering the battlefield. It can be set off/on anytime on the menu, it saves the bot position status, so it continues from last unit produced. There is a marker system that apoint were the bot groups are, and a individual units marker for the player group, that changes color when unit is selected.

 

The bot script detect the closest enemy flag and command the group attack, if other group capture the objective, it automatically changes the waypoint to next enemy flag.

 

Things to do:

- when a side loses all flags, allow 30" to capture one flag to keep alive, before the game is terminated.

- spend resource to upgrade base, and unlock better units and weapons,

- briefing and debriefing

- camera cinematic for game intro, flying over the flags

- addweapon script, work in the ammo boxes in the base

- personalizable autobots list 

 

I'll be much glad to hear opinions about what to do, to make the game works better.

 

 I want help to adjust units cost, need test them in battlefield for efficiency.

Why my post is pending approval? Here is no place for these kind of post? I want to be more participative in the community, I'm a big fan since cold war crisis, and I have no experience in foruns, so thanks for the patience with me ignorance!

You mean there might be a spam in my post?

I uploaded de mission, in zip file, on google drive, perhaps these?

What can I do? Upload in another place? Or can't I put my mission in the post?

I deleted the link for the mission in the post, and still pending... what can I do? 😫

 

Today I start to write the weapons menu, I wish to have someone to help me test the game in multiplayer...

No it was false positive, I approved your post when I posted my reply. Didn't need to edit it, but when you edit it it will probably be re-flagged and needs to be manually approved.
