Because you have to put a mission pbo in it, cant change to a world if theres nothing to change too, other then stock missions but those wont show in the mpmissions folder, only those you have added yourself. When your ingame press your key for chat and type #missions it will return you to the lobby where the maps are on the left and missions to the right.
