Pacific aerospace "cresco 750"

Recommended Posts

Hi all, my first model. It's the PAC Cresco 750 which is used widely in New Zealand for topdressing/crop dusting roles. The place I work at (Wanganui Aero Works) operate 6 of these aircraft locally and another 5 throughout the North Island of New Zealand. They also operate the Fletcher FU24. (built by the same company, but were made before the cresco's.) We also operate an AS350 Squirrel, 3 Jetrangers and 2 Hughes 500's.

Here is the model in bulldozer.

And here is a real life image in it's hanger. (That yellow plane is called the Air Tractor)

(Also for those that have trouble pronouncing Maori names. Wanganui is pronounced wong-a-nu-e)

P.S I am also looking for someone to help me texture it - if your intrested, please email me at nicknewman@hotmail.com

Also, many thanks to Col Clink who has spent much time helping me with this. Cheers Rob.

SO NICE (sweet as) to see a kiwi here! Gives me shivers on my back. I'd love to live there. smile.gif

Looks very nice. There was another crop duster made awhile back that worked with version 1.45, however the maker never finished it for Resistance which was a real shame. I wish someone would fix that one up for Resistance as it is done for the most part and just needs to be tweaked so that it works well in Resistance.

Ironiclly enough, that yellow plane in the picture is similar to the other crop duster. If not the same. However the yellow one in the pic is slightly larger.
