Exile use UGV stomper and drone other faction

Hi, I have two requests for help.
1. Only the terminal and the UGV fractions of AFF work (the NATO terminal and the UGV do not work, do not connect) Is there any way to make NATO versions work?
2. UGV Stomper works well after purchase. But after restarting the server I connect to the vehicle via the terminal, but ugv no longer turns on the engine and does not move. Is it possible to solve it?
