DracoPaladore 0 Posted January 12, 2003 I think earlier Ralph, in one of my question threads, said I can make it so one side wins when anothe flees or dies by using a trigger. I kept searching, but the answer never really came up. So, does anyone know the command line for such a trigger...?
ralphwiggum 6 Posted January 12, 2003 for side, choose side of enemy, for condition, "once not present" and choose "End #1" or any other End #s to end.
DracoPaladore 0 Posted January 12, 2003 I'm not sure what you meant by side, so I put it in "Activated By". But when I clicked OK after putting "once not present" in the conidition box, it said unknown operator "not".
daram 0 Posted January 13, 2003 It is not necessary to put anything by hand, is on thr dropdown menus on triggers. You have to select the band in the first one. For example if you are playing NATO, you may select "east" (because you will kill this unit) and in conditions you have to select "not present" (it varies over languajes, for example in my game in spanish said "esta ausente") but try to find it out. by default the option is "present" and is not a dropdown, is a kind-of button in the middle of the screen. then select activation and ...."voila" when you syncronize this trigger you´ll get your end mission

DracoPaladore 0 Posted January 13, 2003 This is what I have: --------------------- Axis a 50       Axis b 50 Angle 0         Elipse  [Rectangle] -- Activation [East] [Once] Repeated Present  [Not Present]  Detected by East Detected by West Detected by Resistance Detected by Civilians [Countdown]  Min 0 Max 0 Mid 0 timeout -- Type [End #1] Text           Name -- Condition [not present] On Activation On Deactivation ------------------------- And thats what I have. It still dosen't work if I followed your steps right. I tried taking not present out of the condition line, but that didnt work nor did changing the activation back to present. ralphwiggum 6 Posted January 13, 2003 leave the condition alone. it should be 'this'(w/o ' s)
