Crate disappeared

Three times in the last week when I kill the guy with the lootcrate n I get to the shelter, the crate doesn't exist, 0 crates. It disappear, is that general? 

My bag was empty without any other item when I got the crate

Did you confirm you had it in inventory at extraction and at end match?

 

never heard of this but that’s got to be awful

I only ask because there have been times where I hit the grab all button and it fills my inventory but grabs ammo and healing supplies over the crate leaving it on the body/crate. I then have to destroy something and manually select it

Was it on a specific map. I've mentioned a knife kill bug on Brodalen in a recent post. May be linked to that.

Kuljack is spot on though. The crate doesn't transfer automatically. You need to have space in your inventory.

Don't forget, and I'm pretty sure this is the case, that any ammo your victim had loaded will transfer into your inventory as well, filling slots. So even if your inventory is empty and your victim's is full, you still won't be able to take everything.
