There is no CQB script, maybe your referring to the garrison script?

No. AI was hiding behind a pillar and shooting while looking out. I don't remember that type of AI action in  vanilla game

Theres nothing special in the mission for enhancing the ai other then coding for hunter ai, thats not a script

thats built into the faction script which has a ton of code for all sorts of stuff in the mission.

    All the hunter ai part does is, once the ai knowsabout the players location then they will go to

the players position to kill him, even go up stairs, ect,.

v1.29

 

Altis & All versions
- Relocated the chem light at each player start to the front of the ammobox so that
the player at night can see their character better when in arsenal as before they couldn't.

 

- Relocated a book shelf that was in a spot that ai would garrison at but couldn't.

 

- Added another stair to the end of a ramp that will allow a different
avenue of escape or getting up.
 

Malden version
- Added stairs next to another widening the stairs to access a house that
 otherwise you might fall off of if you ran up it quickly.

 

- Added a hide terrain module that hides a small tree that is blocking an entrance.

 

Stratis version
- Fixed the version number seen on the starting screen (stratis v1.30)

 

- Added some hide terrain modules that are hiding small trees that were cropping
up inside buildings blocking some entrances, and blocking other avenues in
a building.

 

VR version
- Added stairs next to another widening the stairs to access a house that
 otherwise you might fall off of if you ran up it quickly.

Other notes

i tried to add the arena to Tanoa and Livonia, i had found a decent flat spot for both, but ...

as soon as i placed the arena with all objects ect,. and everything attached, i had already lost a ton

of fps just in the editor alone.

   Aside that, placement of the arena is a pain, it has to be done just right otherwise all the attached

planks, ramps, stairs, and various walls will either sink, float or be lowered which happened, so

i chucked the idea, so now you know why i never ported the arena to those two maps. Cheers!

Update

v1.30

All versions
- Fixed some issues with garrison positioning of spawned units.
- Fixed an issue with the patrolling of spawned units.

 

One of the main issues that was fixed and it was like this for a while is after clearing all the garrisoned soldiers

in the arena the mission wouldn't clear, and there was at least one soldier that could not be found.

  Even if you used spectator the guy could not be found so the mission wouldn't end for the garrison part.

      Well with a bit of insight from Rydygier and some adjustment in code for 3 of the scripts the issue is now fixed!
