GAYMER_KILLER 1 Posted May 3, 2019 I was just banned after over 100 hrs of game time with a notification "Account alert - you were banned permanently by the game's developers". Also, I was playing for months since the christmas sale, why banned now? Was I placed on the radar by some jealous kids? Either way I am flattered. It only happened after some koth game, where I must have averaged a high KD of about 5 to 10, and we won against some vet players who tried their best but couldn't beat us at the last second. I went on a kill streak proning in some bush and killed about 28 of them with an LMG. The weird part about this is, after the game, some guy was telling me how I would be banned soon and some other guy with high levels named Don saying "fuck you for exploiting blahblah", and yet I hadn't done any exploit or had any idea what he was raging about. The next day I logged in and received the ban message. Here's my account now banned from Arma3 (that I've played more than just Arma on for about 3 years), now marked with a game ban for some sick bohemia troll's pleasure. https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198897175662/ My will to play as a legit player who was simply doing better than all the other players is now gone.. not sure why they would permit devs to do this shit. If it's this deep where vets can apply random bans then I'd imagine the devs themselves are in on this somehow. I can probably send an appeal to the Battleye appeals but I doubt they will respond to anything because based on info I have searched, they only do this if multiple people have a problem, and never if it's a random person. Good thing I did not waste too much money, but I've never had this happen to a game in my life. Disappointed and I bet all I will get is some troll kids and old men saying "you did something bad" but I just thought I'd come to voice my opinion on your 'overwatch system' , which is based on some troll bad-mins. I feel like reinvesting my time in all the levels and experience I have lost over the time would be a total waste. If these so-called overwatch as they are called feel any sort of emotion they should feel remorse, ashamed for doing so based on only losing a single game to a better player. I suppose it makes more sense why only all the players are "new" or "cannot fly" while others get randomly tossed into the bin, but no one seems to care based on how non-skill or joke of a game this is. The_Nephilim1 1 Posted May 3, 2019 Hi, Well I was sitting here thinking was the server where you where playing have Battleye enabled?? IF so I don't see how they say you are using an exploit.. If it was a non battleye server guess if they got owned they will whine and scream exploits.. I really don't care either way that is why I play with People I know will not use exploits and besides we play mostly agains AI so Exploits really don't mean nothing but we would not cheat anyhow just too childish.. if it was on a battleye server I would put in a gripe as to how could I have been cheating if Battleeye was enabled?? guess I don't fully get it.. still sucks for you man.. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
