1.90 patch

I've just got around to finally getting the 1.90 patch but when I try to extract it it ways its an unreconized file type and that theres no archive inside.

I got it from the flashpoint.CZ site, and I think I got the one before from this site with the same results. I don't know why it wouldn't work because all the addons I download work just fine. In fact I installed a bunch of them just last night.

What's the size of the file you have? The one I downloaded from flashpoint1985.com is 14,243,562 bytes -- here are the details complete with CRCs from WinZip's TEST function:
