Loading screen stuck at loading player profile options

So every time i try to start up Arma 3 it always gets stuck on loading player profile options its been like this for a month and i tried reinstalling it but nothing works please help.

Try removing your profile. My Documents/Arma 3 folder.

I did but when i start up my game it just pops back up in the folder.

That's normal, dedmen asked you to do that to make sure your profile wasn't corrupted.

 

Have you verified your game files?

Are your computers specs above the minimum required for arma?

Yeah i verified my game files and i have 200hrs on Arma 3 so i do have the minimum required for Arma

I've got 3610 hours in arma, all on my current laptop and technically my specs are bellow minimum. 

 

Did you recently install a new antivirus? Or any other software that is constantly running in the background?

Have you tried closing all other programs but arma when you're launching arma?

Have you had a recent windows update and/or did your read/write permissions change anywhere (specifically there where your arma profile goes)?

yeah everything is fine no updates or anything

yh got the same problem, i have just moved around some folders for storage?
