How can i backup my created missions from the editor?

Hello,

 

I am new with mission making although i played all ARMA series since OFP in 2001 (yes long time).

 

I want to know what people do when they save their arma 3 scenarios from the editor. I have spent a lot of time making my missions so i want to know if there is a way to backup the missions somewhere and how people go about doing it? What is the process?
