NikolaiJakov47 0 Posted January 3, 2018 Hello, I've been recently encountering issues with my game that seemed to pop up out of nowhere. Whenever I launch the game, the launcher seems to work fine, however, whenever I try to launch the game itself, it loads up, and freezes my computer with a black screen. The GeForce experience overlay, if it loads, is also frozen on the screen as well. There is no error code that i have seen for it thusfar. I have reinstalled twice, and even factory reset my laptop, an MSI GE72 6QF APACHE PRO, and it still froze on the exact same spot. The only way I have been able to recover is by restarting the entire computer either via the power button or the control+alt+delete menu. This is not my primary computer, it is the one I take on vacation with me, so I do not know if I will get the same error on my desktop. I'd really appreciate some help!
