No game sound atall

I tried uninstalling my game and I still have no sound

Do you have multiple audio devices connected (like USB headphones, analog out etc)?

Check if the default audio device is set to the desired output.

Nope I've got my pc wired up too my tv

Nope I've got my pc wired up too my tv if I go onto playback devices I have some speakers"real tech high definition audio" but when I test em there's no sound

Tahst the standard input/output device of your PC. The problem must be with input selection on your TV or the input connection.
