eggbeast 3684 Posted October 13, 2017 I'm getting some strange shadow issue when cloning Tanoa trees as editor objects - any suggestions on what's goin on? and how to fix? basically we have a pretty old model of a wooden platform and a ladder and then the tree is added as a proxy object they look great til you turn away, and in your peripheral vision they go black I have included the proxy of the tree in the shadow and geo lods cheers Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

eggbeast 3684 Posted October 13, 2017 cheers pook i couldn't find any binned rvmat issues but i experimented with the shadow properties a little I seem to recall before it was due to the platform plants you added. so i've removed them from some test models and completely from the shadow lods. it seems to now only flash occasionally, but never black, so that's a step forward :) or was it that the platform plants had a binned rvmat before?
