custom face request for arma 3

Hi i have the original old custome face of mine that was used for arma 2, but the custom face shows up all messed up in arma 3. Can someone please help me make the old custom face to arma 3 ?

 

I will send you the face if  you need to edit it for arma 3.

Have you tried updating it yourself?

 

Heres a walkthrough I found on Google. If you google Arma 3 custom face some videos come up as well.
