Well, I don't think the campaign is spectacular, but its not bad either. Perhaps its a matter of expectations. If you over promise and under deliver, its going to get a lot of complaints. If you don't over promise, and expectations are low -after all, a campaign about humanitarian workers? sounds boring!- and deliver something decent, then the reception will be much better. I think that is what is going on here. If you enjoyed the main Arma 3 campaign and want some nostalgia and throwbacks, then you'll get more out of it.
