If you have command of that AI then have him move close or to the mine and then press the F key for corresponding number and then press 6 and scroll the list and see if the action comes up to deactivate it, make sure you see it, as sometimes if you see it but your character commanding dont then its like the rest of the AI under your command wont see it until your cursor has been over it, idk depends.
