Object Builder - Excpetion -2137467259 [ERROR]

Have you tried to verify the integrity of the tools, from Steam? One of the potential causes is that the dependencies aren't installed correctly and the verification will trigger the install of the dependencies.

Yes it keeps saying one file failed but it never updates so im going to try to uninstall and reinstall and see what happens

Yea i reinstall and nothing it seems to not install 1/3 files every time i do it

I have the same problem, it will fetch "broken" files every time I validate. 

I get a different error though:

 

starter has stopped working
  Problem Event Name:    CLR20r3
  Problem Signature 01:    starter.exe

 Problem Signature 09:    System.NullReferenceException
...

This app crash was resolved by not using the Steam Arma 3 Tools launcher. Using the .exe in Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3 Tools\ObjectBuilder works better, as stated in the wiki. #readTheManual

Does it happen in the main branch of the tools or the development branch? Also, could you, please, reproduce the issue and share your latest log of the starter? (From the launcher, View >> open logs folder)

Also, every time I try to verify integrity of tool files, it never updates the files that I'm missing it says it does but never really does
