ineptaphid 6413 Posted February 16, 2017 Obsidian Entertainment's new game, Pillars of Eternity II : Deadfire recently began crowdfunding on fig.com. I decided to start this thread to let everyone know about the game and the fact that it's crowdfund process is ending in a week. I missed out on the last one for Wasteland 3 on fig.com and was really annoyed by that, so I thought I'd spread the word a bit here. I recommend you check out the trailer-the new Pillar's looks really fantastic and looks like it will improve on everything from the last game. Have a look at the site,as well as the stretch goals-there are some cool rewards there. I know many of us in the Arma community can get quite fixated on one genre of games, and so miss out on others as they are released, but have a watch of the trailer and let's get a discussion going here. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Its funny you said that because obsidian used to be black Isle studios, they made Fallout 2, Baldurs Gate 2, Plancescape Torment, Icewind dale 1&2. And in terms of Obsidian, they made neverwinter nights 2(including mask of the betrayer). Pillars is very like baldurs gate, though with some archaic elements removed, but generally faithful, haha and better graphics Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
