Greenmangaming migrate to steam help

I have a copy of Arma 2 on GMG, but their key doesn't activate on steam and they say they can't give me a steam key.

Can a Bohemia Interactive staff help me please?  I can prove the game is on my GMG account. 

 

I own OA on steam and would like to combine it with Arma 2.
