Agentep97 10 Posted June 29, 2016 Hi, I have a group of islands in Global Mapper loaded, and I would like to put them all together. Is there any way to move the contents of a selection to another? (I have also QGis and L3DT Pro if it's necessary) Screenshot: https://gyazo.com/1debefd34c02bc8f2f2fef897d5859d4 (I want to move "Sec 1" inside "Caja") Thank you, Agentep97 :)
Dew Mountain 5 Posted June 30, 2016 Can you try export the group of islands as a heightmap and photoshop the islands closer? Shouldn't be hard to do. If that doesn't answer your question you can always go off the ZGM terrain guide which I'm pretty sure uses globalmapper http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=12622

Agentep97 10 Posted June 30, 2016 Is there any way to do it inside Global Mapper? I want to keep my project as a tif/xyz format for later edit on L3DT
dragonsyr 21 Posted June 30, 2016 you can export your terrain in xyz from TB anytime you like make your terrain and export as xyz. Then import the xyz in your project and start your work. this way you can edit your heightmap in L3dt and then from TB you can use the "refresh content from source" option
Agentep97 10 Posted June 30, 2016 At the end, I have managed to do it using the Georeferencer tool on Global Mapper Screenshot (Global Mapper): https://gyazo.com/546ba01475a46868c3a5b2f5487aae7a Now I can start working on L3DT :) If someone want to know how I did it, write me a PM and maybe I can do a little video tutorial ;) (I can speak English and Spanish) Thanks for the help
