"Revive" respawn template abandoned in APEX?

Can someone please clarify, I was testing the mission update with Apex Sneak Preview branch, and discovered that BIS's revive system stopped working, and indeed, "Revive" is no more present in "CfgRespawnTemplates".

Yeah I've noticed the same, in the Apex co-op mission they have added a new revive system, so they probably have replaced the old revive system with a new one. 

 

Though I don't know how to get the new one yet...
