Hello everyone,

I'm hoping someone can assist me with this really annoying bug, it's currently limiting me from working on a mission.

So basically whenever I change a mission after loading into a local dedicated server running fine before I get kicked for modified data file and this error is placed within my rpt.

"Flushing file C:\Users\camma\AppData\Local\Arma 3\MPMissionsCache__cur_mp.pbo not possible - still open"

So I'm guessing this has something to do with either the client or the server still having the mission open and so it cannot be cleared from memory. To try to combat this I'm running everything as admin but this also doesn't help. I've tried looking around on Google and here, I've found two posts here with the same issue but both have no replies. From what I can see this is also completely random, as it doesn't always happen but it's happening a lot currently.

So to sum here the events are: Load into server fine -> Make change and restart server -> Downloads mission again -> Get kicked for modified data file.

I'm thankful for any help

Pretty much "suddenly" have the same problem. Ill try to find something to fix it, I will message you when I found something!

EDIT:

Found a "Fix", or how you want to call it. The Mission should be stored in the MPMissionsCache folder, try to delete if. If it says "Its in use" just close arma, try to delete it again. That worked for me!

Yeah just closing ArmA is a workaround anyway, but it's annoying when trying to work on a mission. So I've just moved my development sever off my computer for now. I've been told it's a common problem.

I can confirm this also happens even when the server is remotely hosted but you make changes.

I've had this for a long time - what works for me is switching map, then switching back to the map and mission I was working on.

(It's really annoying btw)!
