Purchased Apex but says I dont own it in steam

So I was just curious a while back I pre ordered Apex on here and redeemed it, however I noticed it is now available for purchase on steam but it says I do not own it, when I go into redeem it again on here is says already redeemed, is it normal or is there an Issue?

Probably a steam issue, try restarting steam.

Restart steam ;) If it doesn't work it's maybe because it's a preorder, so you can't pre download it (In your steam library)
