Graphic Freezes with New GPU

Hi,

 

I recently upgraded my rig with GTX980TI. Since then i have a strange issue. Every now and then Arma2 completely freezes to me. I can hear sounds form game, i can hear other players speaking with TFAR around me, and other players report that my character moves, but i see a frozen picture. Sometimes the Vram flush helps, but most of the time only complete restart of the PC helps.

 

I never had that issue with my old GTX560, and i dont have it in other games.

I play on server iam renting from Vilayer LTD 

server runs the same game and same modlist.

 

Nothing related in server RPT. 

 

Any experiences with similar problem?
