Problem with Visitor 3 and Buldozer.....Help Me !!!!!!

I have a problem with Bulldozer on Visitor 3.....for creating a map of ArmA 3.

I am attaching below the error that gives me......

Please help me solve this problem.....is days I'm trying but I do not get any results.

I did as you say now you load the configuration screen of Visitor 3

Are you admin of the windows? Why r u using V3 for A3 mapmaking? TB from A3 Tools is actual tool?

I am the admin my windows,I'm trying to learn how to create maps for ArmA 3, and my actual tool is Arma 3 Tools
