roa 10 Posted December 9, 2015 Hi there,This has been a long exsisting problem for us, and now we are fed up with it...The problems are;When I try to host a game under multiplayer I can host it fine, but my friend can not see me on the server list or join via steam and remote. we are trying to run a coop.I have a fixed IP and the correct port 2302 should be open.When I invite via steam he or I get the message: "host not responding"how do we solve this? It's very simple to use and it should allow you to play just fine. It's free to download and you only need to pay for a server bigger than 5 people. That can be cheated too so you can have 40 people on a server and have paid 0 money. So try hamachi that's what I use to play with my friends. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
maquez 141 Posted December 10, 2015 sounds that a firewall is blocking your ports make sure you disable windows own firewall and open the needed ports on your router remember that the ports need to be open at your friends connection too http://portforward.com/help/portcheck.htm use the tool from this page to check if your ports are open 2302-2305 UDP needs to be open Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
