Trying to join a multiplayer server is a dire experience

I would like to play on a multiplayer server, I have done it before on Arma 3 but apparently these days it is too much to ask. Such an awful lobby for servers should never have been created, but instead stamped on, drowned and then burned after it has dried out in the sun. Gone are the days when I could have a decent experience on arma 3. I for one certainly won't be buying any expansion packs in future until the mess that is arma 3 is sorted out. Since gamespy eroded it looks to me like the devs at Bohemia havn't bothered to sort out the lobby problems.

 

It OK for the single player jockeys but in its current state I wonder why I should keep arma 3 installed. Project Reality is a better experience and Planetside 2 may not be realistic or a milsim but it at least offers the chance for game against a proper opponent and works to boot!

Eh i dont get it, whats wrong with altis lowlife and king of the weapon walmart? Its a user error, i have fun playing every time, you are doing something wrong! You have to join a super tactical realism group!!! Dont you like to shoot bots? Whats wrong with you? Didnt you know arma isnt a pvp game? They write that in the terms of agreement, didnt you read the terms of agreement before you buy? You have to use teamspeak, i have no fps issues i have 200fps straight in multiplayer, i love altis life.

Go back to CoD kiddo11!!!1!!!1!!!!!

P.s. I never ever ever witnessed anyone complaining about not beeing able to find a propper mp server, i can not relate.

P.s. Planetside2 and project reality dont have role based combined arms warfare on huge maps, you are comparing apples to grapes man, err ok wait planetside2 and project reality do not have bots in bermuda shorts sitting in front of cash registers selling guns!

So, do you expect someone from this forum to come here and explain to you why you should keep Arma 3 installed or what?

Don't like Arma 3 or any other game you own at Steam? Delete its contents and hide the game from library — problem solved.

Love Arma 3 and want it to became better? Head to the Feedback Tracker and create a ticket (or upvote existing one) with reasonable request written in calm, non-hysterical manner — problem one step closer to solution.

Yes, go make a feedback ticket you infidel, instead of complaining! Look at starwars battlefront, they dont have a server browser at all! Would you like that better? Server browsing might just be too complicated for you, better go play starwars!

Could you actually point out some of the flaws the server browser has?

I agree, BIS has proven  many times that they listen to feedback eventually, however, things need time, but unfortunately there are only very few people who learned to accept that.
